1. Service description

We produce a UN 1949 + 1968 Convention-formatted translation of your national driving licence. We are a private translation service and do not issue official government driving permits, and are not affiliated with the AAA, the United Nations, or any government body. The document is intended to be carried alongside (never as a replacement for) your valid national driving licence.

2. Eligibility

You must hold a valid national driving licence at the time of application and be 18 years or older. Misrepresentation invalidates the permit and our refund commitments.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the permit to misrepresent yourself to law enforcement or rental agencies. Document tampering voids the permit.

4. Cancellation & digital delivery

Because the permit is a personalised digital good produced on demand, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge — by ticking the box at checkout — that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once generation has begun. Our voluntary border-rejection refund (see Refund Policy) still applies.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not responsible for fines, refused rentals, or traffic violations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence.
