Full refund cases

• Your permit is rejected at a border or rental counter with documented evidence (police note, customs declaration, agency refusal slip).
• You contact support within 14 days of the rejection.
• Mistake on your document (a typo, wrong category, wrong dates)? We reissue it free — no time limit.

Partial refund cases

• You cancel before the booklet is rendered (Essential tier): 100% refund minus payment-processor fees.
• You cancel after the booklet is rendered but before physical shipping: 75% refund.
• You cancel after physical shipping: 0% refund on physical component; digital component fee refunded only if rendered booklet has not been opened (we check the download record).

No-refund cases

• Information you submitted was knowingly inaccurate (we verify against your uploaded licence photo).
• You used the permit successfully but later changed your mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

Email support@easyinternationalpermit.com with your order reference + supporting evidence. We respond within 24 hours and refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
